Watch out for inflows: India’s Subbarao

Emerging markets might face another surge in capital flows as advanced countries' central banks have flushed their financial systems with an unprecedented amount of liquidity, Duvvuri Subbarao, the governor of the Reserve Bank of India, has warned.
