Koizumi puts off BOJ chief choice
Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi had said the new central bank chief-a person capable of battling declining prices-would be named around 20 February.
But on Wednesday he told reporters the selection will be made ``at the end of the month,'' repeating the vague schedule he mentioned at a dinner 5 February with members
