Rate to be cut before inflation hits target
ARTICLE - For all its protestations, the European Central Bank will cut interest rates long before inflation falls below its ceiling, but the timing is steadily moving into the future, economists forecast in a poll.
But they formed less than half the respondents to the poll.A growing number have pushed their forecasts
