Yellen appointed President of San Francisco Fed

Janet Yellen was appointed President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco this week. She will take up the position in June, succeeding Robert Parry. Yellen served as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve from 1994 to 1997.
