ECB Issing says eurozone econ hit bottom in '01
"The economic low point was reached at the end of last year," Issing says. "We expect growth to pick up, slowly at first and accelerating at the end of the year."
He described as "realistic" the ECB's estimate of 2%-to-2.5% GDP growth to be reached by the end of 2002, but said
