Former Venezuelan c bankers claim gov't runs bank

A report suggests that the Central Bank of Venezuela is under government control with the central bank endorsing government policies - violating its Constitution.

According to former executives at the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), the government has taken control of the BCV and it is now "a monetary branch of the government."
