Bundesbank expects euro inflation to accelerate

The Bundesbank on Monday said it expects inflation to increase further in the coming months and that the measure could stay above the European Central Bank's (ECB) target in the long term.

In its monthly report, the central bank of the eurozone's largest economy said that its monetary analysis "hints at further upside risks to inflation" in the region.

"The long-term inflation projections on the basis of monetary indicators show inflation will stay above the range associated with the ECB
