China's c bank head confirms looser money supply

CHINA - People's Bank of China governor Dai Xianglong said on Monday that China is already pursuing a policy of increased money supply to bolster economic growth.

Dai made the comments to the official China Central Television network and said it is up to both commercial banks and small and medium sized businesses to take advantage of that increased money supply through new lending.

Dai said commercial banks should lend money to smaller companies but at the same time those enterprises should reform
