Federal Reserve Board - Beige Book, June 2005

The Federal Reserve published its June 2005 Beige Book survey on 15 June. According to the report business activity continued to expand from mid-April through May, and overall price pressures were moderate.

"Reports from all twelve Federal Reserve Districts indicate that business activity continued to expand from mid-April through May," the Fed's "beige book" summary of economic conditions said.

Price pressures were modest, but policy makers in some areas expressed concern about costs for some
