Norwegian SWF invested $1.9 billion in unlisted real estate in 2017

The Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global invested $1.9 billion in unlisted real estate globally in 2017, and the sector offered a return of 7.5% over the year, the fund said today (March 13).

The world’s largest sovereign wealth fund has assets amounting to more than $1 trillion, and its unlisted real estate investments reached $28 billion or 2.6% of total assets last year.
