RBNZ makes major changes to leadership structure
Central bank to be headed by a senior leadership team
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand is changing its leadership structure, it announced today (November 2). From December 2018, the RBNZ will be headed by what it calls the senior leadership team, the central bank has also informed today. The new management team reduces the number of officials at the helm of the central bank from 13 to seven. It will consist of the governor, a deputy governor and five assistant governors.
The changes are taking place as New Zealand’s recently-elected centre-left
