Nigerian deputy says investment, not aid, will lead Africa to prosperity
Africa is in need of a more coherent foreign investment strategy centred on venture capital rather than aid, according to Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) deputy governor Kingsley Moghalu, who is a front-runner to succeed CBN governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi this summer.
