Fed’s Bowman questions Barr’s bank failures report
Governor says supervision is preferable to higher capital requirements
US Federal Reserve governor Michelle Bowman criticised a report by her colleague Michael Barr in remarks on June 25, raising questions over whether the analysis offered a fair account of recent banking collapses.
