Jamaica’s authorities are making good progress with economic reform, but need to guarantee the central bank’s independence, says a staff report from the International Monetary Fund.

The report also praises recent innovative communications by the central bank, in a possible reference to a series of sometimes eye-catching videos released via Twitter.
