Lithuanian governor lays out economic priorities for Council of EU
Bank of Lithuania governor Vitas Vasiliauskas announced the economic and financial priorities for Lithuania's stint as Council of the European Union president in Warsaw on Wednesday.
Vasiliauskas said a successful presidency would depend on Lithuania's ability to "coordinate, intermediate, reconcile the interests of 28 countries and [the] opinions of negotiators representing them".
