National Bank of Hungary – Lending survey (Q4 2010)

Credit conditions tightened in the fourth quarter of 2010 against the central bank's expectations, the National Bank of Hungary's lending survey, published on Thursday, said.

The survey, based on senior loan officers' assessment of the loan market until January 2011, found that 31% of banks tightened credit conditions on housing loans in the fourth quarter of 2010.
