Countercyclical measures key to stemming Indian inflows: Strauss-Kahn
Dominique Strauss-Kahn, the managing director of the IMF, on Tuesday said countercyclical macroprudential measures were essential for protecting financial stability in countries facing high levels of capital inflows.
