Mminele emphasises importance of leadership in addressing economic challenges
A deputy governor at the South African Reserve Bank has announced it is embarking on a leadership development programme "customised" for each management level, on the back of a two-year, bank-wide training programme.
Speaking in the Limpopo province, Daniel Mminele emphasised that institutions should not underestimate the important role ethical leadership plays in addressing the economic challenges the globe is currently facing.
