The European Central Bank's (ECB) quantitative easing programme is already "bearing fruit" and giving signs of easing in financing conditions for households and families, says Bank of Spain governor, Luis Linde.

Speaking today in a financial sector event in Madrid, Linde noted the deflation risk in the eurozone, and consequently in Spain, was now "further away".
