Unfair to turn euro crisis into a ‘moral caricature', central bank president says

Blame for the eurozone economic crisis must be shared between core and periphery countries for allowing current account surpluses to grow too far, according to Klaas Knot, president of De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).
