Bernanke says Fed ready for QE3 if necessary

Ben Bernanke, the chairman of the Federal Reserve, spoke at a press conference on June 20 about the Federal Open Market Committee's (FOMC) decision to maintain an accommodative monetary policy, and said that the Fed was not ruling out a possible third round of quantitative easing.
