BoE’s Posen optimistic on Japan recovery
Adam Posen, an external member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee, on Wednesday said despite the devastation caused by the Tohoku earthquake in Japan, growth in the Japanese economy would accelerate once the rebuilding effort was under way.
