Philly Fed’s Plosser calls for explicit inflation target

Charles Plosser, the president of Philadelphia Federal Reserve, on Friday said a commitment to an explicit inflation target will reassure the public of the Fed's price stability objective as it plans an exit strategy from its accommodative stance.
