Italy’s Enria voices concern over regualtory arbitrage from Basel III

Andrea Enria, the head of the supervisory regulations and policies department at the Bank of Italy, on Wednesday said regulators will need to be wary of regulatory arbitrage when implementing Basel III rules in Italy.
