Fed a natural for systemic-risk role: Tarullo

The expansion of Federal Reserve's ambit to include regulation of systemic risk would be an incremental and natural extension of the central bank's existing supervisory and regulatory responsibilities, said Daniel Tarullo, a governor of the Fed.
