We can escape capital flight loop: Kenya's Ndung'u

Sub-Saharan African countries can escape the "infinite loop" of external indebtedness, corruption and capital flight, according to Njuguna Ndung'u, the governor of the Central Bank of Kenya.

Speaking in South Africa, Ndung'u said: "Countries in Asia and Latin America have succeeded in escaping the infinite loop. I believe there is a way out of this loop for African countries so that Africa in 3007 is not the mirror image of Africa in 2007; the one which has been associated with corruption
