Macedonia's Goshev: stable exchange rate key goal

The National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia will continue its policy of focusing on the stability of the denar, said Petar Goshev, the governor of the central bank.

Goshev said that the central bank had attempted to stabilise the foreign-exchange market by increasing the interest rate, keeping foreign reserves at an adequate level and continuation of the policy of a stable exchange rate.
