'Does Money Matter?' by US Fed Governor Meyer

SPEECH - US Federal Reserve Board governor Laurence H. Meyer gave an excellent and wide-ranging speech on Mar 28, 2001 titled "Does Money Matter?". But in fact monetarism, he says, has been the cornerstone of the current consensus that the sole objective of the central bank should be to maintain low inflation.
