Atlanta Fed's Guynn on sustainable growth

In the speech 'Nurturing sustainable growth in a global context' given on 15 March Jack Guynn of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta said the way forward for monetary policy is becoming harder to predict.

"It's important to recognize that our policy path over the coming period is somewhat less certain," Guynn said in the speech. "As policymakers we should resist the urge to say more than we know" even as "the most likely path for the economy is sustained (gross domestic product) growth with
