Akhtar on an effective Islamic financial system

In the speech 'Building an effective Islamic financial system' given on 27 March Shamshad Akhtar of the State Bank of Pakistan said proper and sequenced development of Islamic Finance (IF) would be critical for this industry to emerge as an effective channel for both savers and financier's.

"Collectively continued efforts are warranted to ensure that we address the issues and challenges raised above so that there is greater national, regional, and global acceptability and fast integration of IF
