Bric FDI important source of growth to LICs: IMF paper

An International Monetary Fund paper, published on Friday, says existing data on foreign direct investment (FDI) from Bric countries – Brazil, Russia, India and China – underestimates the volume and scope of the flows to small and medium-sized enterprises in low-income countries.
