Crisis reduced Swiss franc activity in money markets: SNB paper
A Swiss National Bank (SNB) paper, published on Monday, examines the disruption in unsecured Swiss franc money markets caused by the financial crisis.
Basil Guggenheim, Sébastien Kraenzlin and Silvio Schumacher, the paper's authors, use data from the Swiss payment system to develop an algorithm to identify unsecured interbank loans in Swiss francs.
