Commission to assess benefits for UK's euro entry

ARTICLE - Eleven of the world's leading economists will serve on a new commission to consider the consequences for Britain's economy of a decision to reject membership of the euro.

The international commission on The Economic Consequences of Saying 'No' is chaired by Professor David Begg, of Birkbeck College, University of London. Its members are Olivier Blanchard, Diane Coyle, Barry Eichengreen, Jeffrey Frankel, Francesco Giavazzi, Richard Portes, Paul Seabright, L Alan Winters, Anthony Venables
