Draghi explains why more LTRO draw-down information is not released
European Central Bank (ECB) president Mario Draghi, said on April 2 that there is no systematic link between the location of a bank's headquarters and a bank's bid for refinancing as part of the Long Term Refinancing Operations (LTRO) undertaken by the ECB. Draghi made the comments in response to a letter from member of the European Parliament, Sven Giegold.
