Bank of Canada sees 'significant risks' to inflation outlook

The inflation outlook in Canada is subject to significant risks, according the central bank's latest Monetary Policy Report.

"The three main upside risks to inflation in Canada relate to the possibility of stronger-than-expected inflationary pressures in the global economy, stronger-than-expected growth in the US economy and stronger momentum in Canadian household spending," says the report.
