Central Bank of Turkey - Inflation Report (January 2011)
The Central Bank of Turkey's Inflation Report for January published on Monday said it forecast food price inflation to rise to about 7.5% in 2011.
In its October Inflation Report, the central bank said it envisaged food price inflation to be 10.5% at the end of 2010, before falling gradually to 7% at the end of 2011, where it would stabilise.
