The pattern of Australian capital flows returned to pre-crisis trends, according to the Reserve Bank of Australia's November bulletin. The monthly document, published on 19 November, said that following the reduction in cross-border portfolio and banking sector capital flows during the crisis, private-sector flows had recovered.
