Fed posts Bear Stearns meeting minutes

The Federal Reserve has made public the minutes of its meetings on the future of Bear Stearns.

The minutes of the 16 March meeting said: "The evidence available to the Board indicated that Bear Stearns would have difficulty meeting its repayment obligations the next business day.
