The Jackson Hole symposium will close tomorrow (August 29) with a panel discussion on global inflation dynamics featuring Mark Carney, Vitor Constâncio, Stanley Fischer and Raghuram Rajan.

In particular, Federal Reserve vice-chair Fischer will be closely watched for any hints as to how he will vote in September's interest rate showdown, after troubles in China shook market expectations.
