CB.com poll reveals concerns over inflationary impact of QE

The latest CentralBanking.com poll, which asked "What impact will current extraordinary policy measures at major central banks have on inflation rates?" reveals a large proportion of participants believe such actions are likely to cause central banks to miss their inflation targets.

Of the 141 voters, 64% believed extraordinary measures such as asset purchase programmes would lead to above-target inflation, while 28% believed inflation would overshoot by 5 percentage points or more. The
