FSB launches peer review of resolution regimes

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) on August 13 released a questionnaire aimed at gathering information for a process of peer reviews of member jurisdictions' resolution regimes. The review seeks to produce a comparison of existing regimes and the progress made towards meeting FSB guidelines.

The questionnaire assesses countries' regimes for resolving failed financial institutions in line with the FSB's report Key Attributes of Effective Resolution Regimes for Financial Institutions, released
