Vietnam and San Francisco Fed reflect on banking seminar

Dang Thanh Binh, a deputy governor at the State Bank of Vietnam, met with a delegation from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco earlier this month.

The Vietnamese central bank revealed on February 20 that the meeting had taken place four days earlier in Hanoi.
