Speculation intensifies over Bernanke's forthcoming Jackson Hole speech
Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke will deliver the headline speech at the Kansas City Fed's Annual Jackson Hole Symposium this Friday. Bernanke delivered his now-famous remarks at last year's symposium on August 27, 2010 and concluded by outlining the policy options the Fed might undertake to stimulate the economy "if the economic outlook were to deteriorate further".
