Fitch reports bright future for Sub-Saharan Africa

Fitch Ratings on Tuesday published a special report on the outlook and challenges for Sub-Saharan Africa, which showed that the outlook for the region is brighter than it has been for many decades.

The report, titled Sub-Saharan Africa Outlook and Challenges, investigated the region's robust growth during the past decade and the likelihood of this trend continuing, notwithstanding the challenges of infrastructure and governance, rising food prices and a weak recovery in advanced countries.
