Bank of Finland shuffles board members’ remits
The Bank of Finland on Monday said it had reorganised the division of labour on its three member board.
Erkki Liikanen, the governor of the central bank, who was already responsible for monetary policy preparation and implementation and domestic economic policy, will now add payments services to his portfolio.
Pentti Hakkarainen, the deputy governor, will take charge of currency supply services, in addition to his existing oversight of financial market stability, accounting, and risk management
