France names top brass for new financial regulator
Banque de France on Wednesday revealed the five deputy general secretaries of its new financial regulator, the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel, which is charged with overseeing the stability of the financial system by protecting both banks and insurers.
The five are Cyril Roux, Michel Cardona, Didier Elbaum, Édouard Fernandez-Bollo and Fabrice Pesin.
