UK FSA to formally investigate Goldman Sachs
Britain's Financial Services Authority (FSA) on Tuesday launched a formal investigation into Goldman Sachs International, the London arm of the US investment bank.
"Following preliminary investigations the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has decided to commence a formal enforcement investigation into Goldman Sachs International in relation to recent Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) allegations," the regulator said.
