New rate-setters named in Poland
Lech Kaczyński, Poland's president, on Friday appointed three new members to National Bank of Poland's Monetary Policy Council.
Adam Glapiński, the economic adviser to the president; Zyta Gilowska, an economist and former finance minister; and Andrzej Kaźmierczak, a professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, are the new rate-setters.
