BMA gets new governor after reshuffle

The king of Bahrain, Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, made a ministerial reshuffle this week which saw Bahrain Monetary Agency Governor Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, named Finance Minister on Saturday 15 January.

Rasheed Mohammed Al Maraj was named the new Governor of The Bahrain Monetary Agency on 18 January. King Hamad issued decree no. (8) for 2005, appointing Mr Miraaj as BMA Governor at the rank of Minister.
