Iran proposes change to central bank leadership

IRAN - The future of the post of Central Bank governor is still ambiguous in Iran, reports the Kayhan News website in Tehran.

Following the dissemination of news in economic and banking circles about the imminent changing of the governor of Central Bank, an informed source has said that there is some resistance against the reshuffling.

The source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, told their reporter: Dr Ahmad Azizi, chairman of the board of executives of the London Branch of Bank Melli
